We do not ask for veterinary records or other sensitive information in our forms. Please avoid putting them in a support message unless needed to explain your question.
Community profiles and conversations: we store the name, dog’s name and profile photo you choose, posts, uploaded photos, replies, reactions and saved conversations. Signing out does not delete this information. Community posts and profile photos are visible to other members. Contact us for account-data requests.
Calm AI: your question and selected excerpts from our journal are processed through Cloudflare Workers AI. The question, answer and source links are saved in your account so you can return to them. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in a question.
How information is used
We use information to send files or access information after a purchase, answer support requests, handle refunds, send updates you asked to receive, maintain the site, and protect it from abuse. Marketing messages should be sent only if you sign up for them, purchase or support messages are separate from marketing.
Services involved
Cloudflare provides hosting and security. Gumroad handles checkout, payment processing, digital purchase delivery and receipts under its own privacy practices. If you follow a social or newsletter link, that service handles information under its own policy. Contact and refund requests sent by email are processed to respond to your request.privacy policy. Each provider has its own privacy practices.
How long information is kept
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, including support, order records, refunds, security and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Exact periods vary by record and provider. Contact us to ask about a particular record.
Your choices and requests
You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter email. For questions, access, correction, or deletion requests, contact us. Some order or transaction records may need to be kept where required to run the service or comply with applicable obligations. We may ask for enough information to verify that a request concerns your own data.
