Hours, exceptions & the fine print

The off-leash area rules add: no females in heat, no unattended dogs, and every dog licensed - Fiesta Island is the exception with a six-dog limit instead of three. Licensing for City of San Diego residents runs through the San Diego Humane Society (DocuPet online), and the license tag is your proof of rabies vaccination.
